Terms of Use

We Tune Radio is a free web platform that allows you to explore and listen to live radio streams, podcasts, and audiobooks from around the world. The service works as an aggregator: we do not host, produce, or distribute any audio content. All content is streamed directly from external sources (Radio Browser API, Podcast Index, and LibriVox), under the responsibility of their respective owners.

The service is for general use and does not require registration for basic access. Account creation (to save favorites and receive notifications) is available to anyone. By registering, you declare that the information provided is accurate and that you are responsible for the security of your account.

You agree to use We Tune Radio only for lawful and personal purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security mechanisms of the service
• Reverse engineering, automated scraping, or abusive use of internal APIs
• Using the service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person
• Attempting to access other users' data

We Tune Radio aggregates content from external providers. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of content streamed by third-party radios, podcasts, or audiobooks. Each station, podcast, or public domain work has its own rights and terms of use.

Account creation is optional and is done via Google authentication (OAuth). You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data (favorites, notification subscriptions) will be permanently removed. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from voluntary account deletion.

All original code, design, logo, and materials of We Tune Radio are the property of the service and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without authorization. Aggregated audio content remains the property of its respective rights holders.

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability. We may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the service for maintenance, improvements, or any other reason.

We Tune Radio is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including third-party stream failures, data loss, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms periodically. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in Brazil.
